DESCRIPTION:You don't want to miss the 52nd Annual Harvest Day brought to you by HNB First Bank\, Hometown Food Center\, Riverbend Ford and Chrysler\, Dodge\, Jeep\, Ram\, WOW Communications and Evergreen Creative Friday\, October 13 - Saturday\, October 14th. This fun-filled event takes place downtown in and around Headland's beautiful city square. The day is a tribute to local farmers and the harvest season. It includes a car show\, tractor show\, art show\, children's games and rides\, arts and crafts\, food vendors and live entertainment throughout the day. \n\n\n\n \n\nHarvest Festival Pageant\n\nMonday\, September 25th\, 6:00 pm Headland High School Auditorium\n\n \n\nRegister\n\nTuesday\, September 12th\, 4:00PM-6:00PM Headland Chamber office 25 Grove Street\n\n \n\nThe Headland Area Chamber of Commerce office is located inside the Headland Municipal Complex. The pageant registration fee is $30 per contestant.\n\nOne winner will be awarded in each division. Photogenic is a separate category and DOES NOT count towards the total score. Bring your ride out to the festival and show it off! Prizes awarded for top 10 modified and stock divisions\, PLUS Mayor's Choice and Sponsors' choice. Check out beautiful handmade pieces in a gallery at Kingdom College on the Square on Friday night (7:00-8:30) and Saturday during the Festival. Brand new to Harvest Festival\, the art show is an avenue to promote and support local artists\, foster a vibrant art community\, and provide an opportunity for artistic expression and engagement for the Headland community. Entries are available for viewing and/or purchase. Brought to you by the Headland Arts Council. \n\n REGISTER HERE \n\n \nA free shuttle will be available at the school parking lot for additional transportation to and from the event.
